Cathode Structure Design and Experimental Research in Electrochemical Machining of Cascade Channels

摘要: 针对航空发动机整体叶盘叶栅通道电解加工的工具阴极开展结构设计和试验研究,分析了叶栅通道电解加工的流场特点,设计了阴极的不同电解液出液口布局,并通过有限元方法对不同结构阴极的流场进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明:采用三排孔、孔间距变化的管状阴极结构,可使电解液流场更加均匀稳定,最后通过试验对计算结果进行了验证。Abstract: In this paper the cathode structure design and experimental research in electrochemical machining of cascade channels were carried out.The characteristics of flowing field in electrochemical machining were investigated and the different outlet placements were designed.The flowing fields of cathodes with different structures were simulated by finite element method and the results showed that the tubular structure using multi-line holes and gradual changing pitches could make the flowing field more steadily.The simulation results were verified by experiments.
