Finite Element Analysis of Hydraulic Press and Experimental Verification

摘要: 考虑部件之间接触耦合与液压机主机结构拉杆预紧,制定了组合框架式液压机主机结构有限元分析模型的建模流程;建立了YT27-2400B型组合框架式液压机主机结构有限元分析模型;采用激光追踪方法对YT27-2400B型液压机主机在额定载荷下的结构变形进行了测量;有限元分析结果与实验结果的对比,验证了该类液压机主机结构有限元模型建模规程和模型的合理性。Abstract: Considering the contact effect between the components and the preload of hydraulic press,a flowchart of finite element analysis for the hydraulic press is developed.The finite element analysis model of YT27-2400B hydraulic press is established.Laser tracking method is used to measure the deformation of the hydraulic press with normal load in the field.By comparing the result of finite element analyses with the result of field measurement,the finite element specification and model of hydraulic press are verified reasonable.The conclusions have some reference value for the hydraulic press design.
