Design and Implementation of Automobile Main Reducer Assembly Line MES System

摘要: 制造执行系统(MES)是制造企业中面向车间层的管理系统,将企业资源管理系统与车间生产现场设备控制有机联系起来。针对汽车主减速器装配生产线现场管理信息化程度不高的现状,提出采用MES系统对生产装配线进行实时监测、控制和管理。首先对MES系统的功能需求与覆盖范围进行分析;其次对汽车主减速器装配生产线MES系统功能进行了描述;最后论述了汽车主减速器装配生产线MES系统实施后的效果。实践证明,使用MES系统能有效提高汽车主减速器装配生产线的工作效率,提高现场管理水平。Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System is the workshop oriented management system in manufacturing enterprise,it organically integrates the enterprise resource management system with field equipment controlling in workshop.Because the information technology management level of the automobile main reducer assembly line is not high,we use the manufacturing execution system to monitor,control and manage the production assembly line in a real-time.First,the functional requirements and the coverage of the manufacturing execution system are analyzed.Second,the manufacturing execution system functions of the automobile main reducer assembly line are described.Finally,the manufacturing execution system implementation results of the automobile main reducer assembly line are discussed.In a word,practice shows that using manufacturing execution system can enhance the efficiency and improve the management level of the automobile main reducer assembly line effectively.
