摘要:
为了帮助企业高校之间有效地共享设备资源并展开协作,在网络化制造环境下,结合SaaS(软件即服务)服务模式下设备库的特点,对设备共享系统的B/S体系结构、数据层的建模和关键应用技术进行了研究,围绕该结构研究Web2.0技术在设备共享系统的应用技术,并设计了实际应用系统。采用了多种技术对系统性能进行了优化,提高了系统的安全性、可靠性和浏览速度。通过该系统用户可以对本单位提供的设备进行有效的监管,实现仪器设备的开放管理,提高仪器设备的利用率和收益。为促进设备资源的有序化和设备库的建设、维护、使用的大众化提供了新思路。
Abstract:
In order to help enterprises and universities to share equipment resources effectively and to spread cooperation between enterprises and universities in networked manufacturing environment,combined with SaaS(Soft as a service) service mode,the characteristics of library equipment sharing system equipment B/S architecture,data layer of modeling and key application techniques were studied,respectively.A practical application module was designed using Web2.0 technology.System performance was optimized by using various techniques,which improved the system safety,reliability and browsing speed.Utilizing this system users can effectively supervise their equipments,realizing the opening of the equipment management,improving the equipment utilization efficiency and benefits.the present study provides a new idea to promote the ordering of equipment resources and the popular of the construction,maintenance.
