Flow Behavior of the Hot Forming Part of AA5182 Aluminum Alloy for Vehicle Body Based on Crash

  • 摘要: 在应变速率为0.0015 s-1、0.015 s-1、0.15 s-1和1.5 s-1条件下, 对5182铝合金热成形构件试样进行拉伸试验, 建立了5182铝合金修正的Johnson-cook本构模型;通过5182铝合金热成形构件车身的正面碰撞模拟计算, 分析了5182铝合金热成形构件的变形和吸能特性。研究结果表明:随应变率增加, 5182铝合金的流变应力有所增加, 并使断裂应变有所降低。5182铝合金热成形构件车身变形合理, 具有较好的碰撞吸能特性。因此, 验证了5182铝合金热成形构件在车身上应用可行。
