Skeleton Frame Design Based on the Method of "Removal of Areas with Small Stresses"

摘要: 钢骨车架焊接节点的性能直接影响车架结构及车辆运行的稳定性、安全性和动力性能。提出了一种"小应力区域减法"的车架设计方法, 该方法采用"减"的思想, 利用ANSYS参数化设计技术, 通过将车架划分出底盘中与车架联系的各个系统的模块空间, 得到整个车架的应力分布情况, 切除小应力区域, 再次进行强度分析;通过多次迭代计算与切除, 以达到满足强度刚度要求的质量最小化。最后再根据加工制造与装配工艺要求进行最小量的分割, 以此得到高性能的钢骨车架构造。Abstract: The existing skeleton frames were formed with a large amount of welded joints. Performances of welded joints directly influence the frame structure and the vehicle movement stability, safety and dynamic performance. To improve the performances of the skeleton frame, this paper puts forwards the“subtracting areas with small stress”method. By parametric design technique of ANSYS software, the skeleton frame was divided into some system module spaces contacted with the skeleton frame. The stress distribution of whole skeleton frame was obtained, the small stress areas were cut off and then another turn of strength analysis was conducted. Several iterations of calculation and resection were conducted to obtain the minimum weight with the requirements of strength and stiffness. Finally the minimum division was adopted according to manufacturing and assembly technology requirements to get the high performance steel skeleton frame structure.
