The Innovation Design and Stability Analysis of Structure for Metal Materials Sampling Head

摘要: 针对金属物料采样出现的打滑和混样问题分析了现有采样头结构上的不足, 结合金属物料采样的特殊工况, 设计了具有切削功能的底爪和同步清理功能的直动滑杆机构。对该机构的主要尺寸进行优化, 阐述了该采样头的工作原理。对硬化层切削过程进行了稳定性分析, 发现该采样头能及时切开硬化层而不产生打滑现象。最终提高了采样机的工作稳定性, 消除了混样现象。Abstract: Aiming at the sliding and mixed sample problems in the metallic materials sampling process, an analysis for the shortage of current sampling head structure is done. Combining special working condition of the metal materials sampling, the claw in the bottom of sampling head with the function of cutting and straight moving slide bar mechanism with the function of synchronized cleaning are designed, the main dimensions of the mechanism are optimized,the working process and principle of the sampling head are illustrated. The stability in the cutting process of hardening layer is analyzed, and the sampling head can timely slice off the hardening layer without sliding is conclu-ded. In the end,the working stability of the sampler is improved and the phenomenon of mixed sample is eliminated.
