Fault Analysis and Structure Optimization of Traveling Transmission System of Shuttle Car

This paper firstly introduces the common faults of traveling transmission system of shuttle car. Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics of shuttle car structure, the layout of traveling transmission system and the common faults on shuttle car, this paper concludes that "internal holding torque" is the main cause of faults. Finally, this paper proposes a corresponding optimization design scheme to reduce the impact of "internal torque", and calculates the relevant results through the finite element simulation analysis method. Through these analyses and calculations, it is shown that the method can effectively reduce the probability of failure of traveling transmission system of shuttle car.
