新型横向磁通电机设计及其自定位力分析

摘要:
横向磁场永磁电机具有低转速、高转矩密度的特点,文章在介绍横向磁通永磁电机的基础上,针对电动汽车轮毂设计了一种新型盘式横向磁通电机,其结构简单,成本低,显著特点在于充分提高了永磁体和轮毂空间的利用率。随后,对样机模型进行了自定位力三维有限元分析,并计算了新型样机的自定位力矩,给出了实验数据,并与有限元仿真结果对比分析,表明该理论研究方法的有效性和样机制作的合理性、正确性,为进行深入研究奠定了基础。

Designing Novel Transverse Flux Permanent Magnet (TFPM) Motor and Analyzing Its Cogging Torque

Abstract:
A TFPM motor has the characteristics of low speed and high torque density.Therefore, we design whatwe believe to be a novel TFPM motor that can make full use of the permanent magnet and space in an electric vehi-cle wheel and has rotors at both sides, simple structure and low cost.We perform the 3D finite element analysis ofthe cogging torque of its prototype and calculate it.Finally, we tested the static cogging torque of the prototype asshown in Fig.4.The test results, given in Fig.5, and their analysis show preliminarily that the test curve is basi-cally in agreement with the 3D finite element analysis results, indicating that the prototype design and its 3D finiteelement analysis are correct, thus laying a solid foundation for the further development of TFPM motor.
