稀土掺杂W型铁氧体BaCoZnCexFe16-xO27的制备与吸波性能研究

摘要:
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了W型铁氧体BaCoZnCexFe16-xO27(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2),考察了Ce3+掺杂对W型铁氧体性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪等手段表征了材料的物相组成、形貌,并且分析了它的磁性能和微波吸收性能。研究表明,制得的Ce3+掺杂W型铁氧体呈六角片状,样品呈顺磁性,其中x=0.15时样品的磁性能及微波吸收性能最好,吸收率小于-10 dB的吸收频带宽度达到了3.5 GHz,吸收峰值为-11.34 dB。

Some Useful Results about Absorbing Properties of Rare Earth Doped W-Type Ferrite BaCoZnCex Fe16-xO27

Abstract:
Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain the research mentioned in the title, some of whose results webelieve are useful and whose core consists of: "The W-type ferrites, BaCoZnCex Fe16-x O27 (x =0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2), were prepared by sol-gel method.We Studyed the Influence on the performance of the Ce3+ doped W-typeferrites.We characterized the structures, morphologies, magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties ofthe samples with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), vibrating sample magnetome-ter (VSM) and Vector network analyzer.".We present the experimental results in Figs 1 through 7 and Tables 1and 2.These results and their analysis lead preliminarily to thefollowing three useful results: (1) all the samplesare W-type ferrites and exhibit paramagnetism; (2) when x = 0.15, magnetic and microwave absorbing perform-ance are both the best; (3) the band width (with respect to-10 dB reflection loss) is 3.5GHz at a matchingthickness of 3.0 mm and the maximal reflection loss is -11.34 dB.
