考虑失效状态模糊性时的笛形管广义共振可靠性分析

摘要:
研究了模糊失效状态下气热防冰笛形管结构共振可靠性分析方法。建立了笛形管结构的参数化有限元模型并进行了模态分析。考虑结构尺寸参数、材料性能、外部激励的随机性以及共振状态的模糊性,采用模糊集合理论描述结构固有频率与外部激励的接近程度,建立了三角型隶属函数下的广义共振可靠性分析模型。基于分解定理和扩展定理推导了λ水平截集下笛形管结构广义共振可靠性求解方法。研究工作对飞机气热防冰管路的结构设计提供了参考。

General Resonance Reliability Analysis for Hot-Air Anti-Icing Piccolo Tube with Fuzzy Failure State Considered

Abstract:
A new general resonance reliability analysis method is proposed for hot-air anti-icing piccolo tube with fuzzy failure state considered. Firstly, a parametric model of hot-air anti-icing piccolo tube is built and the modal a-nalysis is performed. After that, considering the randomness of the size parameters, material properties and external excitation as well as the subjective fuzziness of resonance state, we characterized the closeness of structural natural frequency to that of the external stimulus with a fuzzy number. And then a general resonance reliability analysis model was built with a triangular membership function. On the basis of the decomposition theorem and the expansion theorem, we derive the generalized resonance reliability solution method under the level set. The research appears to provide some useful information for the structural design of hot-air anti-icing piccolo tube.
