飞机阻力伞意外打开可靠性分析

摘要:
阻力伞通常都设计成伞舱门打开阻力伞自动放出,针对飞机阻力伞舱门意外打开故障,以阻力伞机构工作原理为基础,分析得到导致该故障模式的故障原因分别为动力源失效、使用中安全锁定深度不够、弹性元件共振和构件强度刚度不足等,构建了阻力伞意外打开故障树,提出了相应的可靠性分析模型。对某型飞机阻力伞意外打开故障开展了可靠性分析,提出了改进建议与改进方向,为飞机阻力伞机构设计提供有益参考。

Abstract:
Airplane drag chute opens automatically when the door opens. Based on working principle, failure causes of the accidental open of an airplane drag chute include failure of power source, lack of safe lock depth, resonance of elastic element, and lack of strength and stiffness. Then the article builds the fault tree and raises relevant reliability analysis model. Citing airplane drag chute system of a certain plane as an example, we do the accidental open reliability analysis and raise improving suggestions. The work can provide reference on the mechanism design for airplane drag chute system.
