单细节锪窝铆接结构疲劳特性有限元分析

摘要:
锪窝铆接结构是航空工程中常用的一种连接形式,锪窝孔边常常会萌生疲劳裂纹,因此研究锪窝铆接结构的疲劳特性有着重要的工程意义。应用ABAQUS软件建立单细节锪窝铆接结构有限元模型,对其进行应力分析,给出铆钉干涉量与结构最大应力水平之间的关系。同时将应力分析结果导入到MSC.Fatigue中利用名义应力法计算得到模型的孔边细节疲劳寿命。通过计算不同干涉量下的结构疲劳寿命,研究干涉配合对锪窝铆接结构疲劳特性的影响规律,给出最佳干涉范围,对铆接结构耐久性分析具有重要的工程参考价值。

Finite Element Analysis of Fatigue Behavior at Countersunk Fastener Holes

Abstract:
The countersunk fastener hole structure is widely used in aeronautical engineering.The fatigue crack ap-pears easily due to the stress concentration near the fastener hole.The finite element model (FEM) for the counter-sunk fastener hole structure was constructed by using the ABAQUS software and the stresses of model were ana-lyzed.The relationship between the interference fit level and maximums stress level was discussed.The stress re-sults calculated with FEM were transferred into MSC.Fatigue and then the local fatigue life nearby the hole was ob-tained by using the nominal stress approach.By calculating the structural fatigue life under different interferences, the effect of interference fit on the fatigue properties at the countersunk hole was analyzed and the best range of in-terference was given.
