带复杂外形附体的AUV旋臂水池数值计算

摘要:
通过流体动力学仿真软件CFX对带有CTD和GPS/北斗天线的AUV流体动力进行了数值计算。以圆弧管为计算域,利用代数表达式控制入口速度来模拟旋臂水池,得到了三种模型下AUV流体动力的变化规律,分析了不同附体的影响。结果表明,AUV受力变化规律基本一致,在附体处压力及速度变化剧烈,导致AUV流体动力参数及流场有了很大的变化,力矩变化差别较大。计算结果为AUV工程设计提供了参考依据。

Calculating Rotary Derivatives of AUV with Complex Shape Appendages

Abstract:
The CFD calculations of the AUV(autonomous underwater vehicle) which had CTD and GPS/Beidou antenna,were carried out with the simulation software CFX. An arc tube represented the domain. And the inlet velocity was controlled with algebraic expressions to simulate rotating arm basin. The AUV fluid dynamics variation trend of each of three models and the influence of either of two appendages on the flow were obtained. The results and their analysis show preliminarily that:(1) the AUV force variation trends are the same basically but the moment variation trends differ greatly;(2) the pressure and speed vary rapidly along either of two appendages,leading to big variation of each fluid dynamic parameter and big variation of flow field. The results,we believe,are of some reference value to the engineering design of AUV.
