低惯量无刷直流舵机电机研究及三维温度场分析

摘要:
随着电动舵机伺服系统对动态性能要求的提高,舵机电机逐步向低转动惯量、高功率密度的方向发展。根据低惯量电机的设计特点,重点研究电机参数、材料及转子结构对转动惯量的影响,并提出一些降低转动惯量的有效方法。针对二维温度场不能反映舵机电机轴向温度分布的局限性,文中建立了基于流-热耦合的三维温度场仿真模型,分析电枢绕组、定子铁心等发热严重部件的温升情况,以及空气流动对电机内部温度分布的影响。

Analyzing Low Inertia Brushless DC Steering Gear Motor and Its 3D Temperature Field

Abstract:
As there are higher and higher requirements for the dynamic performance of an electric steering servo system,its steering gear motor tends to have low inertia and high power density. According to the design characteristics of a low-inertia motor,we analyze the effects of its parameters,materials and rotor structure on its moment of inertia. Then we propose our effective methods for reducing the moment of inertia. Since the 2D temperature field cannot reflect the axial temperature distribution of the steering gear motor,we establish the flow-thermal coupling3D temperature field simulation model and analyze the temperature rise of the armature windings and stator and the effects of air flow on the temperature distribution inside the steering gear motor.
