一种载荷路径可控的柔性机翼前缘拓扑优化方法

摘要:
形变柔性机构拓扑优化设计是解决自适应机翼前后缘连续平滑变形的关键。针对柔性机构传统基结构法拓扑优化结果依赖于其初始结构构型产生方法,存在自由单元和不连续结构的问题,提出了一种载荷路径生成可控并避免路径交叉的方法,运用自适应遗传算法,结合机翼前缘形变柔性机构进行拓扑优化设计,分别用MATLAB编程设计计算和用ANSYS对优化结果进行了有限元形变性能分析,并与传统的载荷路径法的拓扑优化进行了对比分析和实验验证。结果表明:所采用方法有效解决了优化前初始结构构型生成的可行性问题,提高了优化的收敛速度和精度。

Topology Optimization for Leading Edge of Adaptive Wing Employing Controllable Load-Path Approach

Abstract:
The topology optimization method of compliant mechanism is the key to the design of continuously smoothly deforming leading edge of adaptive wing.The traditional ground structure method depending on the initial configuration is thought to be the important factor for the cause of free elements and discontinuous structure.So we present a controllable load-path approach, which can avoid self crossing load path.We use adaptive genetic algo-rithm to make topology optimization for a leading edge,simulation was done with ANSYS and MATLAB.Then,under the same conditions,simulation was also done for the traditional ground structure approach.Through the comparison and analysis of deformation results obtained with different methods,it is indicated preliminarily that the controllable load-path method proposed in this paper has advantages in feasibility of the initial configuration, and can improve the convergence speed and precision of the optimization.
