两级系统多学科可靠性设计合成优化方法

摘要:
针对大规模的不确定性多学科系统,提出了一种基于BLISS方法的两级系统多学科可靠性设计合成优化方法——RBMDOSB。该方法采用了SORA方法的框架,将可靠性分析和多学科设计优化分离开来,分为可靠性分析和确定性多学科设计优化两个问题顺序执行,其中,具体使用基于多学科模型的性能评估法进行可靠性分析,应用BLISS方法进行确定性多学科设计优化问题求解,并添加与耦合变量相关的移动量来对多学科设计优化问题的约束进行修正。最后通过具体算例验证了RBM-DOSB方法的可行性和有效性。

Improving Bi-Level System Reliability of Multi-Disciplinary Design Synthesis Optimization Method

Abstract:
For large-scale uncertainty multidisciplinary systems,we present an optimization (bi-Level system relia-bility of the multi-disciplinary design synthesis optimization) algorithm,called by us RBMDOSB algorithm,whereRB stands for Reliability-Based,MDO stands for Multidisciplinary Design Optimization,S stands for SORA (Se-quential Optimization and Reliability Assessment) and B stands for BLISS (Bi-Level Integrated System Synthesis).Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain our RBMDOSB algorithm. RBMDOSB decomposes the reliability anal-ysis from MDO and performs the deterministic MDO and reliability analysis sequentially under the SORA frame-work. In this algorithm,performance measure approach (PMA) based on multidisciplinary model is used for relia-bility analysis,BLISS method is introduced for deterministic MDO,and the amount of movement related to the cou-pling variables is added to amend the constraints of the MDO problems. Sections 4 gives a numerical example,whose results,presented in Table 1,verify the feasibility and efficiency of our RBMDOSB algorithm.
