粒子侵蚀对C/C材料烧蚀性能影响研究

摘要:
为了研究粒子侵蚀对C/C喉衬烧蚀性能的影响,文章首先对烧蚀发动机内流行数值模拟,获取粒子运动轨迹,得到粒子撞击收敛段及喉部的速度、角度和浓度,为粒子侵蚀提供表征参数;同时进行地面小型发动机含铝/无铝对比烧蚀试验。利用扫描电镜和三维微观成像等测量手段进行喉衬微观烧蚀形貌的研究。通过数值模拟和烧蚀试验结果分析:①在小喉径条件下有无粒子侵蚀对C/C材料的烧蚀率影响不大,热化学烧蚀后的纤维单丝比有粒子侵蚀的要尖锐,基体表面上未出现粒子侵蚀的明显痕迹;②粒子以碰撞的模式作用于喷管的收敛段,以磨蚀的模式作用于喷管的喉部及扩张段;且收敛段以粒子侵蚀为主,喉部和扩张段以热化学烧蚀为主。

Exploring Effect of Particles on Ablation Performance of C/C Material

Abstract:
Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain the exploration mentioned in the title,whose core consistsof: "This paper reveals the distribution of two-phase flow nozzle of ablation motor by CFD and obtains the particletrajectories,the particle impact convergent section and the throat of the speed, angle and concentration, thus provi-ding representation for the particle erosion parameters. At the same time, experiments on the ablation of groundsmall engine aluminum/aluminum-free and the results of micro-analysis on nozzle throat are obtained by scanning e-lectron microscopy. "The results of experiments and numerical simulation, presented in Table 1 and Figs. 8 and 9,and their analysis lead to the two preliminary conclusions fully explained in section 4; the core of the two conclu-sions consists of: (1) conditions in the small throat diameter with or without particle erosion of C/C material abla-tion rate have little effect; after thermochemical ablation the monofilament fibers have to be sharp than particle ero-sion; (2) oxidation of ablation takes a dominant position in the throat-insert; particle erosion does not play a keyrole; erosion of particles is divided into direct impact and abrasion for turbulence ones.
