混合系统故障诊断的模态转换自适应阈值研究 |

摘要: |
混合系统是既有连续变量也有离散事件的复杂的动力学系统,混合系统中的模态转换及参数不确定性可引起残差突变,原因是不同的模态下有不同的元件参与,采用常数阈值或常规自适应阈值往往造成误诊和漏诊。通过搭建混合系统键合图诊断模型,在对参数不确定性进行区间估计的基础上,运用线性分式转换构造模态转换自适应阈值,解决混合系统故障诊断中的误诊和漏诊问题。通过车辆转向系统的故障诊断进行实例分析及检验,实验结果表明所提算法的正确性和可行性,为混合系统故障诊断提供了新的解决方案。 |

Abstract: |
A hybrid system is a complex dynamics system that includes both continuous variables and discrete e-vents; mode changes and component uncertainties lead to different compositions of component uncertainties and re-sidual fluctuations; the employment of constant threshold will cause false alarm or missed detection on hybrid faultdetection system.In this paper,we,taking component parameter uncertainties and mode change into considera-tion,utilize Global Analytical Redundancy Relations (GARR) and LFT Bond Graph model to formulate mode-de-pendent thresholds to address problems of false alarm or missed detection in FDI of a hybrid system.An online ex-periment of vehicle steering system is researched in detail to show the concepts of the proposed algorithm,and ex-perimental results of different faults suggest the feasibility of mode-dependent threshold in FDI of a hybrid system. |
