永磁同步电机新型直接转矩控制

摘要:
为了使逆变器的开关频率得到最优利用,实现永磁同步电机高性能控制,建立了基于预测控制的新型直接转矩控制。在分析系统的混杂特性的基础上,利用普通直接转矩驱动系统自身运行特点推导出适合预测控制系统的低复杂度离散混杂模型。通过设计包括逆变器控制目标和电机控制目标的预测控制器目标函数,使逆变器平均开关频率最低的同时电机输出在给定的滞环范围内。对两电平电压型逆变器直接转矩控制系统进行仿真,结果表明所设计控制方案比普通方案开关频率降低了20%,转矩脉动降低了12.5%。

Abstract:
This paper develops a high performance direct torque controller for a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) drive. The model predictive control has been used in direct torque control PMSM drive for mak ing the best use of inverter switching frequency. The discrete-time hybrid model of PMSM drive using direct torque con-trol was derived based on analyzing the drive's hybrid features. A new cost function is chosen for keeping output within limits while minimizing the average inverter switching frequency. Simulation results of the PMSM drive system based on a two-level voltage source inverter and their analysis indicate preliminarily that such an scheme compared with the standard direct torque control one, is capable of reducing the switching frequency and the torque ripple by 20% and 12.5% respectively.
