检测误差条件下的系统可靠性与性能估计

摘要:
考虑系统实时测试不可避免存在检测误差和各系统状态条件下的性能降级,提出了一种综合的系统可靠性和性能估计方法。采用马尔可夫可靠性分析方法,对系统关键设备重要故障模式进行分类和分析,进而建立马尔可夫可靠性模型,在各系统状态中考虑检测误差概率并对相应状态性能加权,从而完成检测误差条件下的可靠性估计和系统性能分析。建立了存在检测误差条件下的可靠性与性能估计流程,并通过某型气象雷达系统真实试验数据验证该方法的可行性和有效性。最后,以某飞机升降舵系统设计方案为例进行了应用分析,显示了该方法在可靠性与性能评估方面的优势。

System Reliability and Performance Estimation under Test Errors

Abstract:
Aiming at the inevitable errors in system online test and the performance degradation out of normal state, an estimation method for both system reliability and performance is proposed. Using the Markov reliability analysis approach, we classify and analyze the fault modes for the key equipment, and then the Markov reliability model is developed. With the test error probability consideration and performance weighting in the corresponding system state, the system reliability and performance estimation with imperfect tests are completed. Furthermore, the engi-neering operation flow of this method is established, and the feasibility and validity of this method are verified through some weather radar real test data. In the end, an aircraft elevator system is taken as an example for engi-neering application;the results and their analysis show preliminarily the advantages of this method in reliability and performance evaluation.
