新型盘式横向磁通电机三维等效磁路研究

摘要:
横向磁场永磁电机具有低转速、高转矩密度特点,在介绍横向磁通永磁电机发展的基础上,针对电动车轮毂驱动设计一种新型盘式横向磁通电机,通过三维有限元和三维磁网络法分析了磁通磁阻,建立了磁路模型,研究新型盘式电机磁阻对气隙磁密的影响,并对样机气隙磁密分布进行计算,平均气隙磁密与有限元仿真分析结果基本一致。研究表明所提出拓扑结构的合理性和研究方法的正确性。

Abstract:
A transverse flux permanent-magnet motor(TFPM) has low speed and high torque density. We design a new disk-type transverse flux permanent-magnet motor for driving the wheel of an electric vehicle. We analyze its magnetic flux and reluctance and air-gap magnetic densigy with the 3D finite element method and then establish the 3D equivalent magnetic circuit network of the disk-type TFPM and the mathematical model of its magnetic circuit. We also analyze the effect of its magnetic reluctance on the air-gap magnetic density and calculate the prototype's air-gap magnetic density distribution.The calculation results on the average air-gap magnetic density are in basic agreement with the FEM analysis results,indicating that our analysis is effective and that the prototype thus designed is correct.
