降低气动舵操纵耦合的高超声速飞行器总体优化研究

摘要:
针对高超声速飞行器严重耦合特性给控制系统设计带来的问题,从简化控制系统设计的角度出发对飞行器总体提出通道间耦合小的优化设计要求。以气动舵控制的翼身组合体外形高超声速飞行器为研究对象,引入操纵耦合力矩影响作用的度量-操纵耦合度定义;结合工程估算与CFD计算方法建立操纵耦合度与飞行器总体外形参数的表征关系;采用多目标粒子群算法,求解以总体外形参数为决策变量,以各通道操纵耦合度最小为目标函数的优化问题,从而确定可降低气动舵操纵耦合的高超飞行器总体随控优化策略。算例分析表明,提出的高超声速飞行器总体随控优化方法可有效改善气动舵控制高超飞行器的操纵耦合特性,对控制系统设计具有重要意义。

A New Method of Hypersonic Vehicle Configuration Control and Optimization for Reducing Control Coupling of Aerodynamic Rudder

Abstract:
To reduce the strong control coupling characteristics of a hypersonic vehicle,we perform the optimal design of minimal coupling among its channels by simplifying its control system design. We define the Degree of Control Coupling(DCC) and use it to evaluate the control coupling characteristics among the channels. We use the engineering estimation and the CFD calculation method to establish the DCC models and characterize the hypersonic vehicle configuration parameters,which are then optimized with the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to reduce the control coupling of its aerodynamic rudder. The simulation results,given in Fig.4,and their analysis show preliminarily that the hypersonic vehicle configuration control and optimization method can effectively reduce the control coupling characteristics of the hypersonic vehicle controlled by an aerodynamic rudder,which is also significant for its control system design.
