Abstract:
The cutting machine is an important tobacco equipment, in which the sharpening system is an important part of the cutting machine, which is mainly responsible for the real-time grinding of the blades on the cutter roller parts of the shredding machine. The quality of the blade grinding is directly related to the size of the cutting force, the cutting edge of tobacco shreds and the breaking rate, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between surface roughness and relevant parameters such as cutter roller speed, grinding wheel reciprocating speed, grinding wheel grinding radius and grinding wheel abrasive grain size.
Key words:    sharpening system    surface roughness    knife roller grinding
